you might try doing some research because if you had then you would know that Interpol is not some kind of world-police with locations around the world or agents running around. They do have a coordination-office in Rouen, where the paper-pushers sit but that's basically it. The rest is done by local law-enforcement.
All of these Interpol-story-lines crack me up because they are beyond unrealistic and really push the envelop of 'suspending my disbelief'. I am willing to suspend my disbelief but only so far.
Every book-writer would get torn into pieces for sloppy research but tv-writers get away with it? I really don't get it.
